I am often asked…. What is Somatic Therapy? & Holistic Therapy?

To break it down simply, Somatic & Holistic Therapy acknowledges that “YES” the mind has an idea about what happened to us, but our body also has an experience of life also & sometimes what our body remembers doesn’t match the story our mind has constructed, because the emotions in the body are just too painful.

These therapies treat you as a whole being, You in your entirety.

What is Root Cause Therapy? 

Root-Cause Therapy is a regression & progression style therapy, aiming to get to the “root cause” of the clients’s problems & symptoms. 

The method has been inspired by a number of processes, including NLP, Regregression Therapy, Talk Therapy, Timeline Therapy, Inner Child Healing,m Breathwork & more.

In a session we look at all the contributing factors holistically, then we use testing & measuring to establish needs & we complete trauma & limiting belief healing. 

Nat has conducted dozens of RCT sessions with incredible results for her clients. 

RCT session can be booked as one-off session or as a package of 3 & 6 sessions.

What is Holistic Grief Counselling?

Losing someone in life unexpectedly or expectedly can be extremely difficult.

The grief, guilt and feelings of loneliness may be extremely consuming.

Grief can lead to stress amongst other problems and may hinder everyday functions of life.

Talking to friends and family and building a strong support system around you can help you deal with grief effectively, but sometimes grief may become all consuming and the process of overcoming loss could take longer than expected.
